This series will center around the Asana Junkies Winter 2015 Sequence and will emphasize additional tips and techniques to help students deepen their postures safely and effectively. This series and information is based upon Christina Sell’s Asana Junkies Winter 2015 online webinar training.
We will set a timer for our practice, and will play, sweat and laugh together. It will be great!
$60 for all 3 sessions before 1/27 or $75 after.
