Essential Yoga for Women
Workshop with Emily Williams

Join us as we explore yoga postures that specifically relate to women’s health issues and that increase our vitality and strengthen our immune systems. You will learn how to approach and adapt your yoga practice to honor the stages of the female life cycle, including specific techniques to ease the
symptoms of:
– stress
– migraines
– pelvic pain
– menopause
– low back pain
– irregular periods
– menstrual cramps
– premenstrual syndrome
This workshop is for all women interested in developing a deeper awareness of their bodies and its many cycles. Expect asana practice, meditation and mantra as we come together as a community of women from many paths with the common purpose of uplifting ourselves and each other. All levels of experience welcome.
