Introduction to Meditation

Meditation techniques and traditions are introduced to both the beginner and advanced student to awaken to what is most deeply true in ourselves. Meditation offers transformational healing to the body, mind and spirit and is accessible to everyone. The practice of meditation is used to reduce stress, overcome obstacles and illness, and increase self-awareness, health and happiness. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. Bring a friend!
Chairs, cushions and blankets are available, but if you have something you prefer to sit on, please bring it. It’s also helpful to dress in layers and wear socks – the studio floor can be cold.
Regular class prices apply: $15 for a drop-in class, or use your class card.
