Please join us in welcoming Desiree as she comes to us prepared to share her latest discoveries with our vibrant yoga community. Co-author of “Fearless After Fifty: How to Thrive with Grace, Grit and Yoga”, she has been traveling the world for the last 22 years sharing her passion for the healing power of yoga.Â
Known for her ongoing experimentation and innovation, she is excited to share with you all. Continually learning from many sources including Physical Therapy and weight training, it is well established that Desiree is always bringing new information with her to her workshops. All ages and all levels of experience are welcome.
During this weekend you will:
*Be challenged to find new places in your body to awaken and strengthen
*Learn how to follow new cues that will inspire the way you practice and/or teach yoga
*Re-charge your enthusiasm for your practice with your local community
Friday 6-8:30pm – Be Fully Present: Hip Openers and MeditationÂ
Saturday 10am-12:30pm – A Strong and Supple Spine
Saturday 2:30-5:00pm – Flexible Hamstrings and Freedom for Your Hips
Sunday 10am-12:30pm – Neck and Shoulder Strength and Flexibilty

Cancellation Policy for Workshops at Trails Within
Workshops fill on a first come, first served basis. Your spot is not guaranteed unless you prepay for it.
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to start of a workshop will receive a full refund. There will be a 10% charge taken out of your total for administration.
For cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop, we will only be able to issue a refund or studio credit if you are able to find a replacement for your reserved space.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the workshop, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.
