Yoga Club for Local High School Students
Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm at Trails Within (Class is currently on hold until further notice)
Students can expect to practice poses while learning about the philosophy of yoga and how yoga can be used to manage stress, improve the mind-body connection, and increase strength and flexibility.
All local high school students are welcome to join at any time, and this class is FREE. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. You can borrow a yoga mat if you don’t have one of your own. Please also bring your journal or something to write in.
New student participants need to fill out and sign a waiver form to participate (if under 18, a parent or guardian will also need to sign). Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability
