Yoga for Golfers Workshop with Emily Williams
Saturday, June 21st from 3-5pm
Create a better foundation for your swing and game by:

- Getting Stronger
- Increasing Flexibility
- Improving Concentration
- Strengthening and Stretching your Back
This workshop is perfect for those that have never done yoga before or for beginning yoga students. You will learn basic yoga postures and concentration techniques, and will be given a handout of yoga postures to take home to practice with. Everyone is welcome.
