In this yoga study series we will explore some of the underpinnings of the ancient tradition of yoga. The benefits of practicing asana, or yoga postures, are widely known and appreciated, but this physical aspect of yoga represents only a small fraction of the yoga tradition. This study series is designed to bridge your “on the mat” practice to your daily life by providing a deeper understanding of the universal truths of yoga which encourage us to live in harmony with nature and reconnect with the sacred in everyday life.
Part 2: In this 4 week series we will explore Chakras
Participants can expect mostly discussion, but should also be prepared for asana, meditation and pranayama.
Use your class card or pay the drop in price of $15. Drop in students are welcome, but we encourage you to attend all four sessions as they will build upon one another.
